OUR PROCESS

The process of acquiring a custom van begins by contacting us via email or phone to start a conversation about what you are wanting. We are a custom shop that can create any project that you have in mind, no matter how simple or complex. Discussing your requirements and desires for the build will allow us to figure out how to design a van that will fill all your criteria and give you an adventure vehicle that will function beautifully and have an aesthetic that is fun and enjoyable. Building a custom van is a big investment in time, energy and money so we pride ourselves on making the process as enjoyable and easy as we can. We can take the most basic of ideas and flesh them out into a design that will give you all that you desire for your van. Based off of the initial conversation we will be able to give you a price estimate and date we would be able to have the van completed.

Once you have decided to have us build your van we would receive a deposit to hold your place in the production schedule and we would begin working on a more detailed Sketchup plan of the interior layout and exterior components.

Typically during the design process you will be procuring the van to be converted. We can also provide the van if you are looking for a turnkey experience. RAM, Mercedes and Ford, both used and new, are all options. Once the Sketchup design is completed and approved and our production schedule opens up we will begin working on the van. Build time will vary considerably based off of design but production will be around 8-12 weeks. We do have limited openings for 2021.
